The Randolph Middle School Band Department would like to thank the RMS PTO from their generous grant award to bring in a guest clinician, Dr. Shelley Axelson of Montclair State University to work with all three of our Middle School Bands. On the morning of Wednesday, February 21st during periods 1, 2, and 3, Dr. Axelson will listen to and watch the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade bands warm up and perform their concert pieces. She will then critique the performance and make suggests to the students and directors to improve. After the students return to class, Dr. Axelson will meet with the band directors to further the discussion on improving the band program.
