o Concert Date: Monday, December 8th @ 7PM
o Location: High School Auditorium
o Warm-Up time for 8th Grade Band: 6:15PM
§ Students should arrive no later than 6:10PM so that the warm-up can begin on time.
o Report location: Students should enter the high school by the “Flag Pole” entrance. They will be directed to their warm-up location upon entering the building.
o Concert Attire Reminders:
§ All: Black from the waist down; White from the waist up.
§ Young Men: Dress up. Black dress shoes, long black socks, black pants, black belt, white button down shirt, and tie. Jacket / suit optional.
§ Young Ladies: Dress up. Solid black on bottom; Solid white on top. Dress pants or knee-length skirt/dress. Black leggings may be worn under skirt/dress garment.
o Please refer to the letter at the following link for all of the information regarding the trip!
§ By Friday, December 5th, I will need the following from students/parents:
- The Online Information Form will need to be filled out.
- Click Here to fill out the online info form.
- The Trip Payment & Permission Slip will need to be signed & returned.
- The Trip Payment of $90.
- Submit to me with the payment/permission form. Choir doublers should submit payment to band director.
